Lively!

I really loved the happy, upbeat melody in this, and the drums were so jangly! Everything sounded really cool in this. The melody reminded me of something you'd hear in a Paper Mario game. :P
You mixed it up nicely a little over half way through the song with the steel drums was it..? That was a good change of pace, but I think sticking another melody a bit earlier in the song would really add some more depth to it. What you have here sounds really awesome, but it just feels like it might be missing a little something...
This was a solid tune, though. Listening to your stuff has been a real treat, man. Good work.

Thanks! I love the Paper Mario games, lol

Your right, I should've changed the melody earlier, since it would seem extremely repetitive to anybody who doesn't listen to the whole thing.

Thanks for the review!

Not Bad

This was quite the random little tune. :P Right when it seems to establish melody it goes into some kind of strange choppy thing. That kind of disrupted the rhythm a bit, but it wasn't a big deal at all.
The percussion really fits this tune like a glove, it's really what completed this song and gave it a catchy song, for me at least.
If you were to take this and add some electronic effects I could see this being a nice dance track. It just has that kind of feel to it. :P
Overall it was a fun little listen, not bad at all for a first try. Good work!

Awful

It was horrid, to put it simply. This is not music to any degree and the words are barely possible to make out. How did you come to the decision to classify this as heavy metal?
Overall, I'd scrap this entirely and try to make a legitimate song instead. I know you can do much better than this.

Its a fucking metal loop man..

ITS BRUTAL

Not Good

This song was once again very strange. It lacked rhythm largely throughout the whole track and many of the sound effects were a bit on the unpleasant side to listen to.
That fuzzy guitar riff toward the beginning of the song was pretty cool. I would try building off of that.
Overall, this was very unorganized, it sounded like a lot of noise. I could hardly tell where it stared and where it ended. There were a couple redeeming bits to this that I think could be used as inspiration for another song. I would look into that.

I have some better riffs I can dish out..

Hrm...

Very strange. It had a very deflated sound. Most of the song hardly had any musical quality to it, which really hinders in the critiquing process.
I think this is a good starting point for an interesting song. My best advice would be to try to make some melodies for this song. I could picture it being a very dark, slow tune if you worked at it.
Overall, I'd say it needs a of work. If you have any intentions of improving it, then making a main "theme" or melody would be the best place so start. Once you have a good riff, the rest just tends to follow.

I dont see much potential for a guitar / bass song.

But thanks anyways.

Very Nice

I found the melody in this song to be largely sad, especially in the intro. Yet the tempo was up-beat. I really like that combination of feels in a song.
Everything in this tune sounded pretty great to me. The melody was of high quality, the transitions were seamless and the percussion is solid.
The only suggestion I can think of is maybe adding some more to it. I think this would sound great as a longer song. Fooling around with new melodies might be something that I would try, though it certainly is a-ok as it is. :P
Overall a great track, nice job.

Guru Guru Would Be Proud :P

Ah boy, if I could only have nickle for every time I've heard this song over the years. :P I really enjoyed it. This song sounds really good on the piano, it sounded really nice all the way through.
My only criticism is that some of the changes you made later in the track sounded a bit forced, in my opinion. They really didn't flow with the overall feel of the song.
Overall it was a fun listen, though. A nice little twist to a real Zelda classic. Good work.

Thanks :)

Well, I did those changes because I wanted it to sound a bit less monotone. It also, in my opinion, sounds nice... but we all have different opinions =)

Great

The long pause in the beginning was a bit off-putting, but it was a great song as a whole. I loved the bassy feel in the first quarter of the song or so. It really picked up into a nice lead melody that you mixed up well and kept interesting.
The drums were also a big part of this song. I've always thought techno beats were a bit on the repetitive side, but you really brought a whole array of great percussion to this song.
Overall, this is a solid track. My only suggestion would be to add a solo part to it. Shreddy solos in songs like this always sound good to me. I think that would be a great addition to this, if you could find a spot for it. That's really the only suggestion I have, great job!

Very Strong Song

This tune really just radiated a lot of power to me, a very powerful tune. Though this is a classical song, There was a little spot in the beginning that would sound great put to a rap-style beat and/or vocals. That was the first thing that popped into my mind for some reason. :P
I could picture this song being used in an opera or a musical of some kind. Or maybe even a dramatic cut scene in a video game. It really has that big sound and power to work in a setting like that.
There's very little I can find here that could use improvement. Its got a good sound and a nice variety. All the parts sounded great together. Really a fun listen all the way through. Good work!

Niiiiice

Wow, the guitar in this was really awesome! I LOVE all the pinch harmonics, they were everywhere! The wah petal too, totally SHREDDY! Really in-your-face. This whole song almost sounded like one giant guitar solo, which was much more metal sounding than rock. The intro was all that sounded "rockish" to me in this tune, the rest was pure shred.
This song was defiantly all about the lead guitar, it really dwarfed everything else, but in a good way! :P The drums and rhythm guitar fit in nicely and made a good backing sound.
Overall a solid tune, a great listen. Nice work!
